Arts in Bloom

Salem County
Arts in Bloom is an event where artists from all over Salem County come together to share their studios with the public for a two-day, county-wide event. “Salem County Arts in Bloom”, the free two-day art event spans many locations throughout Salem County, NJ (towns such as Alloway, Canton, Elmer, Elsinboro, Lower Alloways Creek, Monroeville, Pedricktown, Pennsville, Pittsgrove, Salem, and Woodstown).
Guests enjoy open studio and gallery tours featuring local artists, with activities including pottery demonstrations, painting, fiber arts, puppetry, and much more.

Collingswood Farmers Market
Saturday, May 15th | 8 AM - 12 PM
Downtown Collingswood
Aside from all the usual offerings of Jersey fresh fruits and vegetables, organic produce, fruit & veggie pies, pot pies, cheeses, pork and beef, chickens and eggs, fruit preserves, jams, butters, flowers, dog treats, soaps and more, baby greens and produce seedlings can be found at the Market. The market isn’t just for your fridge. Get to landscaping with big selections of bedding/landscaping plants, potted herbs, hanging plants, potted arrangements and cut flowers.
The Market also hosts occasional “Cooking Jersey Fresh” seminars featuring cooking demonstrations from area chefs and call attention to the popular “Farm to Fork” restaurant event hosted by the SJ Hot Chefs Association. There will be pie contests, a salsa contest, live music and other events for Market shoppers.

Fire the Battleship’s Saluting Gun!
Saturday, May 15th | 12 PM - 2 PM
Battleship NJ, Camden
The Battleship will allow guests touring the ship to pull the trigger and fire a salute every Saturday from 12pm to 2pm. Guests can shoot the saluting gun for a $50 donation to the Battleship, a non-profit museum and memorial.
Guests can make a $50 donation online at or at the Battleship’s Ticket Office on Saturday morning.
Want to get more bang? You can pull the trigger to fire the portside 5-inch gun for a $500 donation! Five-inch gun shoots must be scheduled in advance. Call 866-877-6262 ext. 108 to schedule your shoot!
Shoots will begin at 12:00pm and continue until all donated shots are fired.

Bloom Festival

Autumn Lake Winery, Williamstown
Spring is upon us! The vineyard is waking from its winter slumber, and so begins the budding of the next vintage.
To celebrate, they’re announcing their annual Bloom Festival: May 15-16 from 12-5PM. Bring your family and friends to spend the day by the lake enjoying live music, fresh food, and your favorite Autumn Lake wine. Admission is $15.00 per person , which includes: parking, souvenir glass, wine tasting & entertainment.
Food will be available for purchase, provided by Big Papa Jai’s, Top Shelf Mobile and Mary’s Mobile Diner. Music by PoorMouth Henry on Saturday, with Grass ‘n Gravel on Sunday. Please bring your own chairs and blankets. Friendly dogs on leashes (with waste bags) are also welcome! Elderly and handicap drop-off area. Outside alcohol prohibited by law.

Cabin Fever Astronomy – Live

Edelman Planetarium, Virtual
Join Edelman Planetarium as they stream live video from telescopes in their observatory straight to your living room. Pour into Summer Wine Festival
