Free Rabies Clinic In Cinnaminson Jan. 9

Dog owners must get rabies vaccinations before they can procure licenses.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson will sponsor a free rabies clinic next month. Free shots will be administered on Jan. 9, 2021, at the Cinnaminson Township Department of Public Works building, noon to 3 p.m. The public works building is located at 1601 Union Landing Road.

Under township and state law, anyone who owns, keeping or harboring a dog of licensing age (7 months or older) or which possess a set of permanent teeth must annually procure a license and official metal tag for each dog owned from the Municipal Clerk's Office.

Owners must provide proof of current rabies in order to receive a three-year vaccine. If proof of current rabies is not provided, a one-year vaccine will be administered. Dog licenses will also be
available. Only checks will be accepted, no cash.
