Richard Barclay, 65, formerly of Riverton NJ, passed away at Bay View Health Care Center in St Augustine, Florida on Dec. 3, 2015.
He was the owner of St. Johns Construction Consulting Company. He loved sky diving, surfing, sailing, his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother Jean Stratton (Roland), sisters Anne Bragg (Dale) Allison Young (Russell) and sister-in-law Rebecca, and was predeceased by his brother Walter Douglas and former wife Deborah Soderberg.

Also survived by sons Jonathan and Daniel, step children Amie Williams (Kelly), Ryan Fennimore, Melissa Brown, nieces Julie Bragg, Nicole Young, and former wife Deborah Provost.
We shall miss his joie de vivre and his great sense of humor.

Interment will be private at Westfield Friends Cemetery.
