Tractor Trailer Accident On I-295 Cleared: Police

MOUNT LAUREL TOWNSHIP, NJ — The scene of an accident in which a tractor trailer overturned on I-295 in Mount Laurel has been cleared, according to New Jersey State Police.

A tractor trailer overturned following an accident involving three other vehicles on I-295 south, south of Exit 43 in Mount Laurel at about 7:30 a.m. on Monday, July 15, according to New Jersey State Police.

Two people were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries, police said. There was no Hazmat spill. The right two lanes were closed, causing delays of 25 to 30 minutes, until about 10:45 a.m., police said.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
