Quaker City Band Show In Pennsauken Postponed For 2nd Time
The concert was set for Thursday night, but was postponed due to inclement weather in the forecast.

For the second time this summer, a performance by the Quaker City String Band scheduled for Cooper River Park has been called off.
The concert, scheduled for Thursday night, July 11, has been cancelled due to an unfavorable weather forecast and in the interest of public safety, Camden County officials announced on Thursday. No information on rescheduling was provided Thursday morning.
“Tonight’s forecast shows likely storms and the potential for flash flooding in some areas beginning between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.,” Freeholder Deputy Director Ed McDonnell, liaison to the Camden County Department of Special Events, said. “While we are always focused on bringing Camden County residents a variety of new, exciting activities during the summer, our first priority is always the safety of our guests and residents.”
