The Rowan College at Burlington County student theatrical group, the Lamplight Players, will perform Mark Hollmann & Greg Kotis’ “URINETOWN: The Musical” at Burlington County Institute of Technology’s Medford Campus, 10 Hawking Road, college officials announced. More than a dozen students will perform in the show.

In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage caused by a 20-year drought has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. The citizens must use public amenities, regulated by a single malevolent company that profits by charging admission for one of humanity's most basic needs until a hero decides that he has had enough and plans a revolution.

Showtimes are set as follows:
  • Friday, April 26: 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 27: 2 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 27: 7:30 p.m.
  • Friday, May 3: 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 4: 7:30 p.m.

General admission is $15. Tickets for RCBC students with a valid student ID are $10. Tickets can be purchased online at rcbcshowtix.booktix.com. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
