Cinnaminson Woman Suffers Smoke Inhalation in House Fire
Firefighters quickly contained the blaze Saturday morning at a home on Barton Court.
A woman was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation after a fire started in the living room of her home Saturday morning, authorities said.Â
Firefighters were dispatched to the home in the 2600 block of Barton Court at 11:38 a.m. and arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the one-story home. Firefighters were able to control the blaze in about eight minutes, said Cinnaminson Deputy Fire Chief Ira Schonfeld.Â
"It really helped that we had a crew in the station that was able to respond quickly and get the fire knocked down," he said.Â
