Iron Hill Brewery
Iron Hill Brewery (with locations through the Greater Philadelphia Area and South Jersey) will be featuring a special New Year's Eve promotion to run from December 26 to December 31. The a la carte seafood menu will feature Pan-Seared Sea Scallops ($12.70) with sautéed baby kale and spinach and an orange whiskey glaze as well as a Pan-Roasted Chilean Sea Bass ($27.30) with a champagne soaked sun-dried tomato risotto, sautéed asparagus, charred lemon, and a garlic butter pan sauce.
