Burger King On Inman Ave In Edison Closes

What do you want to see take its place?

EDISON, NJ — After years as a popular hang out spot for students, the Burger King on Inman Ave has closed for good.

It was not immediately clear when the restaurant closed, but it is no longer listed on Burger King's website, and phone calls to the store went right to voicemail. Several ratings websites also listed the restaurant as closed. Attempts to contact a Burger King spokesperson were not successful.

The Burger King was once a popular place for John Adams Middle School students to grab lunch on the last day of school, but it has faded in popularity in recent years.

It's also not clear what might take its place. Located in the Inman-Grove Shopping Center, the large Burger King also had a drive-thru. Other fast-food places in the center include Taco Bell, Planet Wings, and Dairy Queen.
