Chick-Fil-A Looking To Open On Rt. One In Edison

EDISON, NJ — Chick-Fil-A is looking to open its first stand-alone location in Edison.

The chicken-based fast food place has applied for the permits to open in Edison Towne Square, near the Sam's Club and Top Golf. Things are still in the early stages, so there is not a public opening time frame.

"We look forward to working through the approval process with the City of Edison and are excited by the prospect of joining this vibrant community. We hope to have the opportunity to serve new guests delicious food in an environment of genuine hospitality," Chick-Fil-A said in a statement.

There is currently one other Chick-Fil-A in Edison, in the Menlo Park Mall food court. Like all Chick-Fil-A's, it is closed on Sunday.
