Edison Offers Virtual Chess And Drawing Classes For Students
The virtual spring program is aimed at helping children hone their interests and creative skills.
EDISON, NJ — The Edison Recreation Department is partnering with Switch-Ed to offer virtual spring chess and creative drawing classes.
Switch-Ed connects students with top educators and facilitates virtual learning experiences via live, interactive, small group classes.
Children between the ages of five to nine, learn chess moves and hone their artistic skills, beyond the standard school curriculum.

The program will help children be mentally and physically stimulated and ensure their all-around growth.
The chess classes will be held every Monday from April 19 – May 24, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Creative drawing classes will be held every Thursday, April 22- May 27, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
