Weiss Realty Announces New Coffee Experience with Frappe Joe Coffee Store at The Shoppes at Colonial Village, Edison

Edison, NJ (May 2019) - Jaime Weiss, managing member of Colonial Village Associates, LLC and President of Weiss Realty, the center’s leasing and managing agency, is pleased to announce that Frappe Joe Coffee will be joining the highly active mixed use center at Colonial Village Shopping Center located at Route 27 and Parsonage Road in Edison, New Jersey. Frappe Joe, who is replacing Starbucks Coffee who relocated to a drive-thru on Route 27, has entered into a long-term lease and plans to open this summer. Suketu Shah of Colliers represented the tenant and Matthew Weiss represented the landlord, Colonial Village Associates, LLC in this transaction.

Frappe Joe is a specialty coffee experience with a scratch kitchen. Note only does Joe serve awesome coffee, Joe is quite the chef, serving up items such as freshly made Falafel, Hummus, salads and more.

“We are extremely delighted to welcome Frappe Joe’s Coffee to our tenant rooster that includes a variety of shops and other fine restaurants including world famous and Zagat rated Loucas Italian Seafood, Brooklyn Boys Pizza & Deli, nominated the best pizza in Middlesex County, Meemah, simply the best Malaysian food around, and Edo Sushi” commented Jaime Weiss, managing member of Colonial Village Associates. Frappe Joe Coffee works with local roasters for their proprietary beverage menu in addition to serving up fresh, healthy, and delicious food for those on-the-go. “This partnership will guarantee they will be able to serve the town and surrounding community for many years" said Weiss.
