
Barbara Loeser, age 60, of Shelton entered into rest on Friday, September 4, 2020 at her home. She was born in New Brunswick, NJ on March 19, 1960 daughter of the late Theodore and Anastasia (Kircher) Loeser. She grew up in New Jersey and graduated Edison High School Class of 1978. Barb was a Quality Control Supervisor at Thermometrics in New Jersey before moving to Texas in the late 1990’s. While in Texas, she was an Assistant Production Manager at General Aluminum Corporation. Being a quadriplegic for almost twenty years, never stopped Barbara from losing her sense of humor or spirituality. Barb never complained about her situation and always focused on the positives in her life, she was always forever grateful for what she had and for all the people in her life. Through her strength and perseverance, she will always be a role model and a reminder to us all, to be grateful for what we have. The family would like to thank Barb’s caring friends and caregivers, Debbie, Toni, Tammy, Amanda and Jasmine who enabled her to remain independently in her home providing excellent quality of life. She was the beloved sister of George Loeser and his wife Fran, Theodore Loeser and his wife Lisa, John Loeser and his girlfriend Tealeye, Patricia Kulpa and her husband Dave and Mary Jo Casapulla and her husband Mike. Barb was the aunt of Patricia, Les-Lee, George, Nicole, Lauren, Micaela, Danielle, Anthony and Nicholas and great aunt of, Ben, Natalie, Alex, Frances, Maeve, Huck and Vale. She was predeceased by her cherished daughter Cheyenne Rene Evans. Due to the pandemic her funeral services are private. The Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St., Derby has been entrusted with her arrangements.
