Guns another issue in USA. With technology changing daily, parents are one, who are least adept to change to new tools and thus making spammers, and hackers to get access to kids via online open door tools like fb/twitter/Instagram/and ... Even govts using some to get info on there citizens. I suggest google phone # as first deterrence and then privacy settings as second. best stand strong between kids and web..
