After a three-month closure, the cafe will reopen with some changes.

METUCHEN, NJ — After a months-long closure, Pearl Street Cafe is reopening for business in Metuchen, with a few changes.
The cafe will welcome customers again starting on Tuesday, April 3 at 11:30 a.m., they announced on Facebook. The restaurant will start offering free delivery within the borough, and outside the borough using UberEats.
They'll be open for lunch and dinner Thursday through Friday. The menu will be "much more substantial, and feature great 'comfort foods' with our special twist," they said in the opening announcement.

- My husband and I had dinner at the Pearl Street Cafe and it was absolutely wonderful. We had the soups, tomato and a French onion, Hearty and tasty. My husband had the chorizo Burger, said it was delicious.
- Love the eclectic menu. Had a hard time deciding what to get for lunch. We went with the Bulgogi beef tacos and the Cuban. Both were delicious and loved the super skinny fries
- The chef puts pride in his food and it shows. Everything tastes fresh and made to order. A simple menu with a street food feel from various parts but executed well. The bulgogi tacos are wonderful.
