EDISON, NJ — The slate of Jerry Shi, Virginia White and Mohin Patel are leading the race in Edison Township Board of Education election, according to the unofficial results posted on Middlesex County website.

Thirteen candidates ran for three available positions this year. Here’s the unofficial tally:

  • Mohin Patel – 9,418
  • Virginia White – 9,112
  • Jerry Shi – 8,649
  • Anthony DePasquale – 6,396
  • Yash Pandya – 6,246
  • Maria Wise – 6,110
  • Padmaja Chinta – 5,923
  • Brett Baker – 3,326
  • Clifton Prescod – 2,648
  • Christo Makropoulos – 2,613
  • Ernest Kregeloh – 1,886

The county is yet to make an official announcement on the final tally.
