Flemington Raritan Girls Softball League 2021 Registration

Registration for the Flemington-Raritan Girls Softball League Spring season is officially OPEN! We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the Softball fields for 2021!

FRGSL prides itself on offering girls the opportunity to develop Softball skill, enhance self-esteem, be part of a team and establish long lasting friendships, in a warm, welcoming and encouraging environment. Add in some casual competition and FRGSL is a wonderful way for girls to experience the great game of Softball.

FRGSL, founded in 1991, provides opportunities for girls in Flemington, Raritan Township and our surrounding communities to participate through recreation and travel programs. The recreation program provides playing opportunities for girls presently enrolled in grades K - 12. The recreation league fees cover league expenses including uniforms, equipment, clinics, fields, umpires, trophies and the end of season picnic.

At $55 for K Clinic Season and $165 for Grades 1-12 Rec Season the fees for a full Spring of organized Softball are a great value!

FRGSL is entering its 31st year of providing girls softball in the greater Flemington area. The Board is committed to enhancing the softball experience for all participants, as we have continued to partner with the township to ensure the continuous improvement of our home fields at Lenape Park. This, along with recent improvements such as upgraded equipment, new uniform style, the opening day event, inter-town rec play, special Saturday games in neighboring towns and our incredible year-end picnic; display our commitment to the youth in our community.

If your daughter hasn’t played before, consider participating and experience why softball popularity is on the rise in our community. If your daughter has played before, we look forward to seeing her back on the field in 2021!

No initial payment will be required to Register for the 2021 Season. Fees to confirm registration will be due by 2/28/21.

A note about Covid Safety Protocols; FRGSL is a member of the USA Softball Organization. Since last Summer we have been following the USA Softball Back to the Ballpark recommendations, and all state mandated rules, which allowed our Travel teams to safely play games and events through the Fall of 2020. Parents, coaches and teammates have all done their part to enable us to get back on the field, and we anticipate the same teamwork and diligence will enable us to have a successful Rec season in 2021. We continue to hope we will be allowed to play this Spring and we will all do our part to create and maintain a safe playing environment for the girls.
