GAME POP--There's a New Game in Town!
Gaming Event for All Ages on March 31st at Beaver Brook Country Club

GAMEPOP Gaming Event—There’s A New Game in Town!
Virtual Reality may sound like science fiction to many of us, AND it also sounds like FUN! Virtual reality is great because it lets us explore different realities and alternate our experiences. By wearing a VR headset, you're encountering a new world via high-quality visualizations. It immerses people in a new and interesting reality. It doesn’t feel like work, it feels like fun. And some machines even count steps and measure heartrate to get the participants moving. So you can effectively work out while playing.
Virtual Reality (VR) games and many other types of gaming opportunities will be happening at the Beaver Brook Country Club on Sunday March 31st from 10 am til 5pm. This event is for Gamers of any age and experience levels. There will also be Digital (Video Games), Card Game Mini-Tournaments (Pokémon earlier in the day, Magic later in the day), new and unusual Board Games and more! Portal Comics and Games from Allentown, Pa. will also be there with great new games. There will also be the Video Game Truck from Aerozone.

“We all know how important it is these days to provide a safe, social community for our young people, and GamePop is just the ticket. It addresses this need for our local residents and families to gather and play together”, Venetia Weeks, Professional Event Planner and GAMEPOP producer, explains. “There is a large population of people from 6 years old to 26 years old who enjoy gaming more than other “old school” activities, and yet have no social outlet for their interests. So we are saying ‘Let the games begin!’ Sunday March 31st at Beaver Brook Country Club. The next Game Pop events are scheduled for: May 5th, July 28th and November 17th at Artie's in Frenchtown!”
Admission is $10 for Adults, $7 for students with ID, $5 for children under 12, and under 5 are free. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Stop in and “Get Your Game On”!
