Sphericality Fitness Classes 3/16 to Raise Money to Fight Cancer

Donations to Benefit Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center

Join Sphericality on Saturday, March 16, 2019 to support The Hunterdon Healthcare Foundation in raising money for cancer patients in treatment and their families. As part of the “Get Fit for a Cause” fundraiser to benefit Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center, Sphericality will offer fitness classes throughout the morning. A limited number of free t-shirts will be available to those who register for a class at Sphericality.

Classes that will be offered on Sat March 16, 2019 as part of Sphericality’s “Get Fit For a Cause” fundraiser include:

8:00 – 9:15 a.m.: Sphere BARRE Master Class with instructor Dorian Madreperla

9:15 – 10:30 a.m.: SphereYOGA + Meditation with instructor Candice Teuber

9:30 – 10:15 a.m.: Sphere BARRE Heart with instructor Shannon Smith

10:30 – 11:15 a.m.: Sphere PILATES Stretch & Strengthen with instructor Shannon Smith

Each class costs $25 and donations are payable by check to The Hunterdon Healthcare Foundation. Register for a class online at https://bit.ly/2GWNP44.
