1973 Graduate of Freehold Regional Dies at 57
Services for Curtis J. Diggs were held on Thursday, March 28 in Trenton.

Curtis J. Diggs, 57, of Trenton, died on Thursday, March 21, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa., Diggs was raised in Freehold. He was a 1973 graduate of Freehold Regional High School later moving to Trenton. He was employed as a mason and worked in construction all over New Jersey.
Predeceased by his parents, George and Rebecca Diggs, sisters, Shirley Conover, Barbara Turner, Barbara Fitzpatrick, Brenda Thomas and Comelita Williams, surviving are his mother, Sylvia Thomas; his loving wife of 44 years, Annie M. Brown-Diggs; sons, Andrew Brown, Curtis (Tara) Brown, Cahli (Angela) Brown of Trenton; daughters, Chrystal (Billy) Woodard of Plainsboro and Belisha (Travon) Romeo of Hamilton; a brother, Lee (Leslie) Thomas of Pennsylvania; a sister, Emily (Nathaniel) Mumford; 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, special nephews, Thomas Gamble and Melvin Fitzpatrick; godchildren, Shaniqua Thomas and Cynthia Branch of Trenton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 28 at Trenton Deliverance Center, 1100 S. Clinton Ave., Trenton. Interment took place at Ewing Cemetery.
