1. TGIF: According to the National Weather Service, today will be mostly sunny with a high near 55 degrees with a west wind between 11 and 13 mph. Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low around 30 degrees and a northwest wind between 10 and 15 mph.

2. Property Sale and Trees: There have been some questions concerning the sale of property located on West Main Street, next to the Covenhoven House. 3. Irish Pride: When driving or walking through downtown Freehold, there are little signs of St. Patrick's day everywhere you turn. Many businesses are showing their green side with festive decorations hanging on their doors and window displays. In addition to the businesses, there are green ribbons tied to trees, poles and gazebos down Main St. Even the street is green! 4. Small Business Help: Last week, the Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce hosted their 2012 Business Resource Road Show at in Manalapan. Business owners registered to attend the free event and listened to presentations put on by the State of New Jersey Business Action Center, Monmouth County Department of Economic Development, Monmouth County Planning, Monmouth County Division of Workforce Development, Board of Public Utilities, and the U.S. Small Business Administration. to learn about what was discuss and get some tips yourself.

5. Car Dirty? Clean it up! The Freehold Township High School Softball Team is hosting a car wash this weekend. Head to the high school to have the ladies clean your car starting at 9:00 a.m.
