FREEHOLD, NJ — Almost all of Freehold's seniors and half of the township's adults are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. But Freehold still has work to do in order to get 70 percent of adults fully vaccinated, in line with state goals.
For the first time Monday, the New Jersey Department of Health released town-level data on COVID-19 vaccinations. The state's COVID-19 dashboard now reveals the percentage of all people, adults and seniors who have been partially or fully vaccinated in each city and town.

- Freehold population with at least one dose: 50 percent of all ages, 62 percent of adults (18 and older) and 90 percent of seniors (65 and older).
- Freehold population fully vaccinated: 40 percent of all ages, 50 percent of adults and 80 percent of seniors.
New Jersey set a goal to fully vaccinate 70 percent of adults — 4.7 million people — by the end of June. About 3.6 million people in New Jersey have been fully vaccinated as of Monday afternoon.
All people 12 and older are eligible for vaccination in New Jersey. Those under 18 remain eligible for only the Pfizer vaccine.
