Artist's Holiday Show A Gift Of The Heart For Late Mom

ALLENTOWN, NJ —A holiday art show unveiling in Allentown Saturday holds deep meaning for artist Andree Lisette Herz.

Herz, a member of the Allentown Art Guild, will host the 5th Annual Holiday Art Show on Saturday, Dec. 1 from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on 55 North Main Street, Allentown, NJ —in the home that once belonged to her late mother, Andree Sweek.

Herz, who has lived in Allentown for 49 years, has said that the show was born as a way to honor her mother. In the years since, the annual exhibit has evolved into a much-anticipated holiday event.

This year's show will feature artists Herz, Frank Lumia, Tess Fields, Carolynn Itchmoney, Paulette Hill and Karen Overbye exhibiting works in alcohol inks, oils, watercolor and mixed media.

And, just in time for the holidays, gifts, crafts and paintings will also be available for sale.
