Baby Fair Planned At CentraState Medical Center

Whether you're an expectant parent, have kids or are thinking about having a baby, there will be information on a variety of services.

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ — If you're an expectant parent, thinking about having a baby or you've recently had one, CentraState Medical Center is holding a baby fair on Thursday, April 26,

The fair, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold Township, is called "Get Your Glow on Before, During, and After Pregnancy."

The event is free and will include:

  • baby services and products, including photographers, clothing, nutrition, beauty, and newborn care
  • empowering birthing techniques that may help shorten labor
  • pelvic floor therapy and its importance before and after delivery
  • car seat safety and education
  • meet and greets with CentraState OB/GYNs and pediatric groups
  • tours of CentraState’s First Impressions Maternity Center
  • free and discounted prenatal, childbirth, CPR, and nutrition classes
  • breastfeeding support and guidance from CentraState’s lactation department
  • healthy snacks, fun activities, door prizes and raffles.

There also will be tetanus booster shots (Tdap shots) for adult family members; the shots cost $50.
