Beer-Spilling Accident Prompts Jokes From Freehold Twp. Police
"Oh the humanity," police wrote with a photo showing broken bottles on the road.

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ — Motor vehicle crashes usually aren't a joking matter. But on Thursday, an accident on the Route 33 business spur led to a humorous post from the Freehold Township Police Department, after cases of beer were spilled from a truck.
Police were called to the Route 33 business spur near Halls Mill Road about 2 p.m. for a hazardous condition on the road, the department's Facebook post said.
There they found multiple cases of beer had fallen out of a delivery truck "and were no longer serviceable," police wrote. "Oh, the humanity," the joking post said.
