Freehold Man Indicted on Cocaine Possession Charge
Resident was in Neptune Township when he was allegedly found in possession of the drug.
A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Freehold man on a sole count of drug possession.
Damar Q. Bivins, 21, of Phyliss Road, was indicted on Tuesday, March 26. He is accused of possessing cocaine in Dec. 2012. According to his indictment, Bivins was in Neptune Township when he was found in possession of the drug.
Bivins has been indicted on one charge of possessing a controlled dangerous substance. His charge is considered a third-degree crime.
