Freehold Man Indicted on Selling Drugs Near Elementary School

A Monmouth County jury indicted a Freehold man for selling drugs near a Freehold Borough School.

Jamar Ousley, 29, of Zlotkin Cr. near the .

According to the , Ousley had a large blue storage bin containing several vacuum packed clear bags containing a greenish vegetative matter believed to be marijuana, a large amount of packaging material, empty bags and a digital scale.

The indictment says he had over 5 pounds of marijuana in his possession.

Ousley was indicted on 7 counts: possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, 2 counts of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, 2 counts of possession within 1,000 feet of school property with intent to distribute, distribution, distribution within 1,000 feet of school property.
