FRHSD To Host COVID-19 Vaccine Event Friday Open To Students 16+

The walk-in event will take place April 23 at CentraState hospital in Freehold from 1 to 4 p.m. FRHSD ages 16 and over are invited to attend

MONMOUTH COUNTY - In partnership with CentraState Healthcare System, Freehold Regional High School District will be offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at a walk-in event today for students ages 16 and over.

The walk-in event will take place April 23 at CentraState hospital in Freehold from 1 to 4 p.m. Please note students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

“I have been getting a lot of requests from parents for 16 and 17 year olds for the COVID-19 Vaccine,” wrote Howell Township councilman John Bonevich. “This is the first of many Pfizer events.”

The event will take place at CentraState's Vaccine Center at the Star and Barry Ambulatory Campus, 901 West Main Street, Freehold, Entrance 6.
