The Freehold-Old Bridge YMCA swim team is a year-round competitive swim program for young men and women ages 6-18 years old.

Tryout on Sunday, August 12th @FREEHOLD YMCA, 470 East Freehold Rd., Freehold NJ 07728
- 8/Under – 12-12:45pm
- 9/10 – 12:45-1:30pm
- 11/12 – 1:30-2:15pm
- 13/Over – 2:15-3pm
Expectations:

- 8/Under Swimmers – swim a lap of freestyle and backstroke, as well as a lap of either breaststroke or butterfly.
- 9-10 Swimmers – swim 50 yards of each freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
- 11-12 Swimmers – swim 50 yards of each freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, as well as have prior competitive swimming experience.
- 13/Over Swimmers – swim 100 yards of each freestyle and backstroke, 50 yards of each breaststroke and butterfly, as well as have prior competitive swimming experience.
