Freehold Police Arrest Neptune Man On Outstanding Warrant

Freehold Borough police on Saturday jailed a Neptune man who was wanted on outstanding charges in Pennsylvania, police said.

Frank C. VanNess, 55, was arrested and jailed on an outstanding warrant out of Chester County, Penn., where VanNess was wanted for a theft charge, according to the arrest warrant.

Chester County authorities indicated they would extradite VanNess, the warrant says. He was not listed as a prisoner in the Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, Monday morning.
