Police: Freehold Man Entered House Through Unlocked Window, Took Jewelry

The 30-year old man said he used to live at the house.

A Freehold man has been charged by Freehold Borough Police for allegedly breaking into a Dutch Lane residence through an unlocked window and stealing three pieces of gold jewelry valued at $1,400.

Richard Dinnerman, 30, whose last known address is the same address where the alleged theft occurred, faces third degree burglary and theft charges in the July 14 incident.

A third degree crime may result in 3-5 year incarceration if a defendant is convicted.

Dinnerman is being held on $20,000 bail at the Monmouth County jail. His first appearance before a judge is scheduled for July 22.
