A Monmouth County Grand Jury indicted a woman on counts of theft and fencing in .
According to the indictment, Carole Carney, 24, of Eatontown, allegedly bought stolen personal property worth over $500 with intentions for re-sale.
Carney was indicted on June 7 with one count of theft and one count of fencing from an incident that happened March 8-24.

Both theft and fencing are third degree crimes. A person convicted of these crimes can be fined up to $15,000 and sentenced to 3-5 years in prison.
