The ongoing pandemic has forced some of the region’s most frequented pumpkin patches to adjust hours, regulations and offerings as they head into fall.

Name: Duffield's Farm Market
Address: 280 Chapel Heights Avenue in Sewell
Season opening/closing dates: Sept. 22 through Oct. 31
Attractions: A Friends and Family Wagon Ride is offered for up to 25 guests. It includes a hayride, a pumpkin for each guest and a tent for one hour after the hayride is finished. Cost is $350. There are also regular hayrides available for $5, and hayrides and pumpkin picking for $12. There is also a corn maze and barnyard express. Season opening/closing dates: Sept. 19
Attractions: Hayrides for apple picking and pumpkin picking are canceled this year due to the coronavirus, but residents can still drive to the fields and pick their own. There is also a decorated walking path to pick small pumpkins. Picking hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers should bring their own containers and wear a mask.

Attractions: The pumpkin patch will be open for picking, but there are no hayrides due to the coronavirus. They also have a mural, children's hay bale maze, and a tiny tots treasure hunt.
