GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Black Horse Pike is closed between Old Black Horse Pike and College Drive, Gloucester Township police said late Thursday afternoon. There is heavy traffic due to a crash on Route 42 involving an overturned truck that is off the road north of Exit 7. Drivers should expect delays.
