Camden County Concerts Rescheduled Due To Weather

Several events scheduled to take place in Camden County this week have been rescheduled due to inclement weather in the forecast, county officials announced on Tuesday.

The Dennis DiBlasio Jazz Ensemble concert scheduled for Tuesday night at New Brooklyn Park in Winslow Township has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 7 p.m.

The Firefall concert scheduled for Wednesday night at the Norcross-McLaughlin Memorial Dell has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 28, 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday’s planned Cardio on the Cooper event has been cancelled. The weekly series will resume its schooled meetings thereafter.

“Camden County strives to bring exciting entertainment throughout the summer, but our first and foremost priority is the safety of our guests, residents, and performers,” Freeholder Deputy Director Ed McDonnell, liaison to the Camden County Department of Special Events, said. “Unfortunately, sometimes summer weather does not make for a fun, or safe, concert experience. In these cases, it is in the interest of public safety that we reschedule the events for an evening when they can be enjoyed safely and fully.”
