Camden County Fair Set For This Weekend

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Camden County Fair will take place this weekend at the fairgrounds, 508 Lakeland Road in Gloucester Township. Entertainment will include high school groups and performers to Desperado, an Eagles Tribute Band. There will also be a wide variety of food trucks, and the popular wine and beer tent.

“The County Fair is an opportunity for our whole community to come together and enjoy a carnival-like atmosphere as we transition from summer to fall,” Freeholder Jeff Nash, liaison to the Camden County Parks Department, said. “Being a county-wide event, one of my favorite aspects of the fair is that we get people from all over Camden County to come out and enjoy the festivities together.”

Food will be available from a variety of food trucks. There will also be exhibitors and vendors, carnival games, a 4-H tent and a petting zoo. Military and public safety personnel in attendance are eligible for free unlimited rides wristbands.

The fair will run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20; and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21. More information regarding vendors and 4-H exhibits can be found at https://www.camdencounty.com/event/2019-camden-county-fair/.
