Gloucester Township Man Arrested, $133K Seized In Drug Bust: Cops
An 18-year-old Gloucester Township man was arrested, and police seized over $100,000 in illegal drugs, along with a gun and $133,000 cash.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — An 18-year-old Gloucester Township man was arrested, and police seized over $100,000 in illegal drugs following the execution of a search warrant at his home in the Sicklerville section of the township early Wednesday morning, police said.
Gloucester Township police said they also seized a .25 caliber handgun and more than $133,000 after searching Tyler Connolly’s home in the Country Oaks Development, police said on Thursday.
During the search, which was the result of a month-long investigation, police said they seized a quantity of MDMA (Ecstasy), Acid (LSD), and a Hashish Oils (over five pounds).

Connolly was charged with distribution of CDS, distribution of CDS within 500 feet of a public park, possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon during a CDS offense, money laundering, possession of CDS (Ecstasy), possession of CDS (Acid) and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
He was remanded to Camden County Correctional Facility in accordance with New Jersey Bail Reform.

“The arrest of this individual is another example of Community Policing efforts encouraging residents to take back their community and assist the Gloucester Township Police Department with keeping our community safe,” police said in a statement. “The Gloucester Township Police Department has implemented a number of initiatives and programs to combat the abuse of dangerous narcotics, including the dangers of vaping.”
