Gloucester Twp. Dave & Buster's Sets New Opening Day; To Hire 150

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Dave & Buster’s has set a new opening date for its restaurant at the Gloucester Premium Outlets, and it is looking to hire 150 new employees.

The new establishment is set to open on Dec. 7 with new health and safety precautions in place, Dave & Buster’s announced this week. Dave & Buster’s is looking to hire managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks, game techs and many more. Applications are currently being accepted and all interested candidates are encouraged to complete the online application at daveandbusters.com/careers.

In hiring employees, Dave & Buster’s said it will implement the following safety measures:

• Socially distancing during all interviews;
• Pens, Computers and Desks will be sanitized between applicants;
• Dave & Buster’s managers and applicant temperatures will be taken upon entry of the hiring site; and
• Masks will be required for all Dave & Buster’s team members and applicants.

“Dave & Buster’s is always looking to hire passionate team members who are committed to providing an exceptional, one-of-a-kind customer experience,” Dave & Buster’s Gloucester Township General Manager Dean Sholders said. “We look forward to hiring individuals who will become part of our Dave and Buster’s family and provide good, clean, fun to the community.”

The 40,000 square foot restaurant will feature the newest arcade games and what it calls better than the stadium" sports viewing, chef-crafted food and one-of-a-kind drink offerings, according to Premium Outlets owner Simon.

It will be located in the outparcel lot located on the corner of College Drive and Premium Outlets Drive, parallel to Route 42.

Dave & Buster's has locations across the country, including two in New Jersey, in Woodbridge and Wayne. This will be its first location in South Jersey.

Dave & Buster's joins more than 90 notable upscale outlet stores at the Gloucester Premium Outlets. That list includes Adidas, Banana Republic Factory Store, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Calvin Klein, Cole Haan, Columbia Sportswear, Gap Factory Store, Lucky Brand, Puma, Tommy Hilfiger and Under Armour, among others.
