Gloucester Twp. Restaurants Ready For Super Bowl Sunday
Super Bowl LV will be the first major event since Gov. Phil Murphy lifted the 10 p.m. curfew for bars and restaurants in New Jersey.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Restaurants in and around Gloucester Township have been finding ways to promote their offerings in advance of Super Bowl LV, and Gov. Phil Murphy’s announcement that the restriction requiring bars to close at 10 p.m. is being lifted may help.
The Phily Diner and Sports Bar is offering Game Day Deals for the Super Bowl, which kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Sunday and airs on CBS.
The package includes two pizzas, a full tray of buffalo wings, a big box of loaded nachos, and a full tray of cheeseburger and cheese steak sliders for $175. It feeds 8-10 people.

Harper’s Pub in Clementon will offer 50 cent boneless wings $2 drafts, $4 mimosas and more specials to be determined. Others are just excited to be open beyond 10 p.m.
"We are absolutely enthralled to have the opportunity to extend our business hours for the first time in months, and we appreciate each one of you for your cooperation and understanding as we have traversed this path together," Cinder Bar Cross Keys posted on its Facebook page, noting that it would be open until midnight Sunday. "We know there is a long road ahead as we continue to navigate through the pandemic, but we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge our staff, colleagues and teammates for their bravery and dedication as we approach the one-year mark for this unprecedented global phenomenon."
