Here's How To Return Devices To Gloucester Township Schools

The Gloucester Township K-8 School District has set forth guidelines for students to return Chromebooks they used for remote learning.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Gloucester Township K-8 Public School District has set forth guidelines for students to return Chromebooks they used for remote learning this year.

However, Chromebooks may be kept if needed for summer programs. Chromebooks will be returned by driving up to the location in which they will be dropped off.

For a smooth process, families should adhere to the correct drop off location and last name day assignments listed below:

RETURN TO C.W. LEWIS MIDDLE SCHOOL: Blackwood Elementary, Gloucester Township Elementary & CW Lewis

RETURN TO ANN MULLEN MIDDLE SCHOOL: Union Valley Elementary, JWL Elementary, Erial Elementary & Ann Mullen

RETURN TO GLEN LANDING MIDDLE SCHOOL: Chews Elementary, Loring Flemming Elementary, Glendora & Glen Landing

Student Last Names
A-K: Wednesday, June 16
L-Z: Thursday: June 17th

All drop-offs will be from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Before returning Chromebooks, families should do the following:

  • Take the Chromebook out of the bag. Keep the bag in a safe place until next year. Students will bring their bag back. Lost bags might be considered a chargeable item.
  • Put the student’s full name and school on a piece of paper and put it inside the Chromebook.
  • BRING THE CHARGER

On the day of drop-off, residents are asked to stay in their car and have their Chromebook ready, out of the bag with the paper inside.
