GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Hickstown Road has reopened, Gloucester Township police said Saturday afternoon. It had been closed between Erial Road and Peter Cheeseman Road due to flooding. Drivers should continue to use caution on the road amid heavy rainfall.
