Patch/NJ Aid for Animals Pet of the Week: Pluto

New Jersey Aid for Animals board member Kelly Matthews, a Gloucester Township resident, submitted the following to Patch:

Meet Pluto!

Last week we brought you . This week we bring you his best friend and current snuggle buddy, Pluto!

Pluto is a long-legged lover who is looking for someone to spend time with him. He will do anything to be around people. Since we have had him, he has scaled our 6-foot fencing twice and waited calmly at the front door until we let him in! How amazing is that? Most dogs would have taken off but not Pluto, he just hung out calmly waiting for us to come out the door and play. If you're looking for a dog that fits into your athletic lifestyle, Pluto is the guy for you. He totally loves high energy activities and when you're done, he's content to flop and nap. 

Pluto is crate-trained and up to date on all shots. He is also neutered. He hasn't been tested with cats and will need someone to work on his long term training. He would do well in a home with someone who has another dog already since he currently loves spending time with his kennel mate Hooch, who is also up for adoption. This isn't mandatory, we just want everyone to know how dog friendly this boy is. More than anything Pluto is your typical "Look at me play, with me!" dog. He needs the time, love and attention your family can give to him.
