5 Things You Need to Know About Haddonfield's Fireworks and July 4th Celebration

The free show starts at 7 p.m. Get all of the details on Haddonfield's fireworks here.

1. Haddonfield's annual fireworks spectacular will be held tonight, Tuesday, July 3, at the football stadium at 401 Kings Highway East.

2. The show is free and gates open at 7 p.m. The fireworks display will begin at about 9:30 p.m.

3. The Pyrotecnico company of New Castle, PA, is performing the display. The cost is $25,000. It's was mostly paid by the Haddonfield Celebrations Association, a private group that gets $7,000 annually from the borough for celebrations on July 4th, Halloween and the Tree Lighting and Santa Parade.

4. The Phillie Phanatic mascot will also be on hand for the fun. Food including hot dogs, pretzels, ice cream and cold drinks will be sold at the venue.

5. The July 4th parade will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Kings Highway East and Chestnut Street. Registration to participate is available from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. All children participating will be given a participation ribbon. The rain date for the fireworks is Saturday, July 7. There is no rain date for the parade. There's a 20 percent chance of rain Tuesday night and just a 10 percent chance on Wednesday morning.
