NJ Department of Education Release RQF for Providers of Principal Practice Evaluation Instruments

This is a press release from the NJ Department of Education to Patch. 

The Department of Education today released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that will allow eligible providers to submit principal evaluation instruments to be state-approved for use by local districts to meet the requirements of the state-wide principal evaluation system in school year 2013-14. Details of the application process are in the RFQ (link).

Eligible Entities: Current principal evaluation instrument providers; Local school districts; Neighboring states; other stakeholders; and others outlined in the RFQ.

Application Periods:
September 11, 2012 – September 30, 2012
October 1, 2012 – October 31, 2012
November 1, 2012 – November 30, 2012
