Ballot Positions Determined For 2021 Haddonfield Elections
Check here for the ballot positions for each of the 8 candidates in this year's non-partisan Haddonfield Board of Commissioners elections.

HADDONFIELD, NJ — The ballot positions for each of the eight candidates in this year’s non-partisan Haddonfield Board of Commissioners elections have been announced.
Because the elections are non-partisan, there is no line for Democrats and Republicans to run on, as there are in fall elections. This eliminates the practice of voting down the line for one party.
Since there are no party lines in these elections, ballot spots are determined by a blind draw conducted by the municipality. The following is the list of ballot positions for this year’s elections:
- Position 1 – Frank Troy
- Position 2 – Kathryn Raiczyk
- Position 3 – Colleen Bianco Bezich
- Position 4 – Jeff Kasko
- Position 5 – Kevin Roche
- Position 6 – Adam Puff
- Position 7 – Daniel Zhang
- Position 8 – Mark Rusc
Election Day is May 11. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Before then, the candidates will participate in a virtual forum, where they will explain why they are running for commissioner or seeking re-election. They will discuss their platform and answer questions submitted in advance from Haddonfield residents only. Read more here: Haddonfield Commissioner Candidates Set For Virtual Forum
