CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — The Camden County Office of Mental Health and Addiction is reminding residents that help is available for anyone who is struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and other mental health afflictions.
The coronavirus pandemic has been especially challenging for anyone who faces these challenges. These difficulties however are compounded by the holiday season, which is often linked to increased feelings of stress and poor mental health, officials said.
“Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we know that the two are inextricably linked as well,” Camden County Director Louis Cappelli Jr. said. “If you or someone you know is in need of support, do not put off seeking care. The Office of Mental Health and Addiction has resources available and has access to dozens of additional organizations that can offer further assistance.”
