Cherry Hill Man Arrested on Suspected DWI
Austin M. Thomas crashed his car into a curb, police say.
Haddonfield Police charged Austin M. Thomas, 22, with driving while intoxicated after an officer witnessed him allegedly crashing his car into a curb on Grove Street.
The one-car accident, in which Thomas, of Split Rail Road in Cherry Hill, was not injured, occurred at 2:16 a.m. Aug. 5.
Thomas provided breath samples that put his blood alcohol level at 0.14, above the 0.08 legal limit, police say.

He was charged and released to a friend pending a court date.
