Haddon Township Boys Soccer Team To Play For Title
Haddon Township and Lindenwold will meet for the South Jersey Group 1 title Friday, according to nj.com.
HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Haddon Township High School boys soccer team will play for a South Jersey championship on Friday.
The second-seeded Hawks will host No. 4 Lindenwold in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 1 championship game on Friday, according to nj.com.
Haddon Township has yet to allow a goal in regulation during the playoffs, although it had to go to a penalty kick shootout to defeat No. 3 Glassboro in the semifinals. Goalie Brett Hintz made four saves for the Hawks. Hintz has a school-record 17 shutouts this season.

Two of those shutouts came in the playoffs, beginning with an 8-0 win over No. 15 Cape May Tech in the first round. Kyler Ford lead the way with two goals in that one. Hintz made one save.
In the quarterfinals, Haddon Township shut out No. 7 Audubon, 3-0. Chris Fletcher, Nasir Morris and Justin Merryfield accounted for the goals. Hintz made two saves.
