Haddon Township Library Reopens Monday Amid Coronavirus Pandemic
The Haddon Township branch of the Camden County Library System will reopen Monday for the first time since the fall.
HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Haddon Township branch of the Camden County library will reopen on Monday, beginning with limited in-person services, county officials announced. Contactless pickup will continue to be an option.
Beginning Monday, the library will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday; and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Patrons are asked to limit in-person visits to one hour.
“We are extremely excited to welcome library patrons back inside our facilities,” Commissioner Melinda Kane, liaison to the Camden County Library System, said. “Our staff has put enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures in place to ensure the safety of visitors, and furniture and computers have been spaced to allow for appropriate social distancing. By wearing masks and keeping visits shorter, library patrons will be able to once again browse the shelves in person.”
