Haddonfield Advances In Football Playoffs
No. 2 Haddonfield defeated No. 7 Shore, 28-14, in the South Jersey Group 2 quarterfinals, according to nj.com.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — Tommy Batson rushed for a touchdown and caught a touchdown pass to help lead the Haddonfield Memorial High School football team advance in the playoffs Friday night.
The second-seeded Bulldawgs defeated No. 7 Shore, 28-14, in the quarterfinals of the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 playoffs, according to Gridiron New Jersey. Haddonfield hosts No. 3 Hillside in the semifinals on Friday night, Nov. 15, 7 p.m.
Batson scored on a 14-yard run and caught a 53-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Jack Narducci, according to nj.com. Narducci also threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to John Maynes.
